Today's assignment about Piecewise and Step Functions will be completed on our class page in Khan Academy. There is one video (little triangle) and two sets of practice problems (little star). Watch the video first. You can go back and re-watch the video if you need to. Then do the exercises where you will be asked to practice problems like the ones Mr. Khan explains in the video.

Friday Reflection 5/1 - This week your assignments included Khan Academy. How does the format of Khan Academy work for you? Do you remember learning about the Pythagorean Theorem on middle school? I remember learning that Pythagoras did not want people around him to eat beans because he didn't want them farting and interfering with higher level thinking. I generally like beans. Today's assignment is a little different. There are two parts. First, you need to use the link to join our Khan Academy Class. This link includes our class code, so it should take you directly to our class.
You need to create a new account using your SLz ID number and @student.slzusd.org (this is your school gmail account). Be sure to sign is using Google when prompted. If you are asked to choose a course, you should choose Mathematics II.
When you have joined the class, update your profile to show your name: Last Name, First Name
After you have joined the Khan Academy Class, complete the form.
