Mission Statement
Mission Statement: To improve students' health well-being, and success in school by increasing access to comprehensive high-quality health care services, reducing barriers to learning, and supporting families and communities by providing basic medical care, mental health services, and health education in a respectful teen-centered environment.
Services
Medical Services: We provide medical services by clinicians at La Clinica de La Raza. We do physical and sport exams, treatment of acute and chronic illness, immunizations, confidential reproductive care, and provide STI & HIV/AIDS Screening.
Mental Health/Case Management Services: Counseling services are provided by a case manager/licensed social worker. Services are provided through La Clinica de La Raza.
Health Education: Health Education services are provided by trained health educators from La Clinica and AmeriCorps. We provide presentation on the following topics: HIV Prevention, STI/STD Information, Pregnancy Prevention, and Nutrition.
