It's time to begin putting your fitness plans in place. If you haven't made your goals yet, circle back and do that first.

Every day, your goal is to spend at least 30 minutes meeting one or both of the goals that you set.

When you plan your exercise >> WRITE DOWN, WRITE A NOTE IN YOUR PHONE, TIME YOURSELF, OR COUNT STEPS TO TRACK PROGRESS. Keep it simple, but ALWAYS write it down.

You'll answer the same questions most days. Ideally, you will spend your time outside, exercising, or doing the activity, and not a whole lot of time filling out the form. The process will become fast for you very quickly.

Look for something to smile about today. Keep your heads up :)

Hi Students,

Starting Wednesday, this is what class will look like. I will post an assignment most days. In this assignment, you'll need to do an activity on your own, then return to the assignment an answer a question. You may be asked to do something easy like go for a walk, something more challenging but quick like push-ups and curl-ups, or you may be asked to try something new like follow along to a yoga video. I'll do my best to surprise you and keep you active, but not waste your time because I know you are all dealing with a lot. Please stay in touch if you have questions or need anything at all (seriously, I'd bring you food if you needed it).

We'll start easy for Wednesday.

1. Stretch for at least 10 minutes. Use the stretches that we have utilized, or utilize YouTube to explore some new stretches.
2. Go for a 30 minute walk with the permission of a parent or guardian.

This is due at 11:59pm Wednesday. This is graded only on completion.

All run tests for the quarter have been entered into Aeries. I’m working on completing the last two weeks of dress and participation.

In place of your make-up run test:

Write two paragraphs, or at least 7 sentences in total, on the topic “Why is Physical Eduction important?”
