This worksheet has to do with Muscular Strength and Endurance. That is when you lift weights or use your body as resistance in an exercise. Some examples of exercises are the bench press and push-ups. One uses weights and the other uses your body to workout your chest. There are MANY exercises some of which we did when we went in the weight room, be creative.

You will be getting a fitness log every week for the rest of the year. The expectation will be that you do 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week and enter it in the log. This week you only need to do 3 days since you are getting it today. These will be checked and points will be given weekly. Hey all here is the assignment for the next 3 weeks. This is just guide there are many ways to be physically active. You can use what is here or choose your own, just be active. Ogysical activity is a great stress relief and can relax the mind during stressful times. You can print this and fill it out, you can write stuff down, or you an return it through Goolgle classroom. Since we are out of school and you cannot do make-up runs here is what you need to do to earn those points (20). Write a paragraph explaining why PE is important in your life. Option 2 watch a sporting event of your choice (soccer, basketball, baseball, golf, etc) most sports stations are running reruns of past events. Tell me what sport, who played, the score at the end of each quarter, or half, the final score, and what you liked about it or any highlights. This will be due by next Wednesday March 25th I have to turn grades in by March 30th. I will take a maximum of 3 per student. Email them to me.
