You may do one or both of these. However, you must complete either or both in their entirety to earn the extra credit.

Every person needs to read the document and answer the questions at the top of the document.

Each team member must interview someone about their CAP topic. Write your introduction, questions & answers, and key findings on the attached "Interview For Civic Action #3" document.

1. Read about how to create effective surveys.
2. Answer the five questions that show you understand the importance of demographics, the difference between close ended and open ended questions, and what your draft introduction might look like.
3. EVERYONE ON THE TEAM IS DOING THIS ASSIGNMENT (BUT YOUR ANSWERS CAN BE VERY SIMILAR).

In the video, for both topics, explain
- What is the flaw? Describe it.
- Why is it a flaw?
- How did / does the flaw impact our democracy?

I am the only one that will see the video. Be sure to do it in person -- show your face. Speak slowly and clearly. It is okay if you are reading it. It is okay if you pause. It is okay to make mistakes as you go. It does not have to be perfect.
