1. Take a survey and screenshot the last notification page that shows the name of the survey. See attached for an example, but don't use mine, my name is on it.
2. Find the screenshot file on your computer and attach it to this assignment.
3. Do that for each of the 7 surveys and make sure that there is a tab open with your name or student ID, like mine, when you screenshot so I know that students aren't sharing screenshots without taking the surveys.
