Make sure you press the speaker button and practice until your pronunciation is very similar to mine, then press the mic button to record. Repeat if your answer is different from the correct answer.

For the last 2 sentences, if you can not get them right, just ignore them. There is a bug in the system.

If you see 2 characters side by side, practice the one with less strokes (Simplified form). Please write slowly and pay special attention to the strike order. Practice at least 5 times per character.

Please complete Flashcard, Learn, Spell, Test. If you do more than 4 activities, you get extra credit.
When you do Flashcard, turn on the audio in Option, and follow along.

Please practice reading after the recording (the daily task). Get prepared to role play a skit (very similar to L1D1, you just need to substitute your last name, your first name, and Mr. of Ms. based on who you will role play with) on Friday 9-25.

Practice writing Chinese characters by hand. Complete Character Book p17-21. Please write at least 5 times for each character. Pay attention to stroke orders. When you are done, take a picture of every page, ans submit them here. You can also copy and paste all pictures to a document, and submit the document here.

If you do not have your character book, please follow the stroke order in the attached pictures, practice on paper. Please get your books ASAP.
